Help Us Keep It Simple!
Due to volunteers stretched very thin, and to ensure we keep costs down for everyone, tickets are NOT mailed NOR delivered. You only need to identify yourself at the reception desk the night of the event. Please print out your barcode ticket, or have your ID ready when you get to the ticket counter. Doors open an hour before start time.
Members Discount:
Members cannot transfer their reservation to someone else. Members are only allowed one reservation per event at the discounted rate.
Transferring a Reservation:
To transfer a reservation, please email us with your transaction number, name and contact info of your recipient at info@siggraph.ca at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Stand-by:
In case an event sells out, unclaimed comps (sponsors & speakers' guests) will be released to the people in the stand-by line. This line will be served on a first-come, first-served basis regardless of membership status. If you know you're going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible at info@siggraph.ca.
